Pick the tradition your family actually lives in. The four editions share the same weekly rhythm, but the source text is different in each one: the Bible in the Christian edition, the Tanakh in the Jewish edition, the Qur'an in the Islamic edition, and the Buddhist teaching in the Buddhist edition.
Who is this book for?
It is written for a parent and a child at the table, not for one reader alone. You read the story out loud, the child draws, and then comes the question of the week. There is no right answer and no score, and a child may always say they would rather skip it.
Is this a printed book or a download?
This is a real printed paperback, 6 by 9 inches, printed in colour with a matte cover, and shipped to your door. It is not a PDF and there is nothing to download. It is made to live on the table, or on the shelf beside it, for a whole year.
How much time does one week take?
As long as you want it to. Some families do it on a Friday evening, others on a Sunday morning, others on a random Tuesday. If you skip a week you simply start at the next one; the book runs from week 1 to week 52, but it is not keeping score.
